"Prison break" will end at the end of this 4th season which means it's popular star, Wentworth Miller will be "off" as well! However, the Wentworth is very much still with Chinese brands. He was in Shanghai not long ago for a clothing brand ad (see our coverage beginning in October 2008 - scroll down to "Countdown to China" & work your way up). Yesterday, he arrived in Shanghai to film a car ad. Even though there was a delay with his luggage for more than an hour, he still came out waving at fans! It appears his good mood was unaffected!
He was with only one of his bodyguards and an assistant only. Reporters found that members of his entourage did not push any baggage. Went was just too handsome carrying only an empty looking backpack only. Later, a staff member from the department was informed that the reason why his gear seemed so streamlined is because his luggage was lost! His flight arrived yesterday in Hong Kong where he had to change planes. When he arrived at the Shanghai Pudong Airport, he found is luggage was missing. It was later revealed that in order to not delay him, an assistant stayed at the airport to handle the baggage problem while Wentworth and the bodyguards went to go the hotel. He smiled & waved hello to the waiting fans & media.
It is reported that Wentworth will stay three days in Shanghai. He will film the car ads on the 17th. Yesterday at noon, Wentworth arrived at the World Financial Center, (hotel named removed for obvious reasons). Reportedly, this hotel was specifically requested so that Went could rest & not be disturbed. While reporters waited outside, his red car was seen leaving but he was nowhere in sight! Today Wentworh is scheduled to go to Jiading Automobile Town where he will shoot ads the whole day.
