The day is almost over but I still have time to wish all my Mexican readers a VERY HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY on this day. September 15th 2013!!! I hope you are all celebrating with great food, great company, and very good tequila!!! Be safe, have fun and HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, MEXICO!!!!!!
