K so I found this video on Yahoo news Its about a year old but hey, who isnt late on somethings... Anyway this video is in Japanese so I don't understand a single word ha ha ha ha ha!!! The point is that a Tokyo-based Geltec Corportation has developed this gel that is shock absorbing. In fact, it works so well that it can absorb the shock of an egg dropped a 22 meter building WITHOUT BREAKING THE EGG!!!! check out this vid!!! ENJOY!!!
Beta Gel is a soft silicone gel developed by Tokyo-based Geltec Corporation. It is an improvement of Alpha Gel, a shock absorbing Geltec gel that is currently being put to use in products such as shoe soles and the protective lining of portable radio equipment.
