You know I should be asleep but I'm up watch Election Day coverage on CNN. I'll probably get very little sleep because I'm very anxious/excited to be a part of this very historic presidential election. Before I go to bed, I had to tell you about the village of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire! They voted a little after midnight at which time they decided, 15 out of 21, that Senator Barack Obama should lead them! What's so extraordinary about all this is that was the first time since 1968 that the village was PRO-Democratic.
Having the first election returns of the 2008 presidential election, means having the first voter as well! That honor is bestowed upon Tanner Tillotson (photo above). Every single person in the village is registered to vote. It took all of 5 minutes for everyone to cast their votes.
