I dont know about you guys but I am completely annoyed by this character "Flo" from the progressive insurance commercials. she's a nation wide pain in the butt and gets on my last nerve. ugh!! Progressive insurance, if i didnt use ur service before, i will definitely not use it now with that annoying character... uggh so tired of progressive shoving their annoying commercials down my throat!! please stop!
Yep, you heard me... LETTERS! There is a word in the English language that has 189,819 letters in it! It's some giant protein in the human body that has something to do with the elasticity of muscle & it's called "Titin". I'm guessing because it's such a large protein is the reason for it's unusually long name with so many letters (that is the biggest understatement ever lol).
Because it would take up a bizillion blog posts to spell the entire thing, I'll just give you the link to check it out. Not sure how many of you guys & gals are NBA or any kind of basketball fans, but I LOVE the Los Angeles Lakers! As I was logging into my email account, I happened upon a story about a 7 year old little girl reacting over NBA trades that took place on yesterday. Much to my surprise,my beloved Derek Fisher has been ousted to the Houston Rockets... I know right! BUMMER! To my delight, however, Pau Gasol & Andrew are safe from the chopping block AND... drum roll please!!!!! LUKE WALTON IS GONE!!!! Now, no offense, Luke, but I was beginning to think the guy was paying somebody to remain a part of the team! Hope he finds happiness wherever he goes - yeah, I don't even care where it is lol!
Anyhoot, back to the sweet kid...
So someone, her mom I'm guessing, is videoing while she's telling her about the new trades with the Lakers & Blazers teams. The little one shows the same reactions I do about the Laker trades - smart kid lol! Now when it gets time for "mom" to tell her about the Blazers... well, words simply can't describe it! You've GOTTA just see it!
Poor baby! I just wanna hug her & let her know it's gonna be ok!
My roommate and I LOVE going to soup plantation!! I eat all the veggies I can handle and all the pizza bread I can stuff my face with... best of all we both love soup plantation because we eat more ice cream than we can handle!!! I had to get me seconds!! soft serve vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce on top. YUM!! this is my small portion... I served myself a way bigger portion the first time. MMMMMM I LOVE SUGAR!!!!!!
If you didnt know that I'm vegetarian... well... I'm vegetarian... I dont eat any animal... i dont care if they walk, fly, swim or craw... if its an animal of any kind, i wont eat it... this is only because meat became difficult for me to digest... and because I simply dont care for meat or seafood... HOWEVER, i am starting to eat meat little by little... starting with very thin slices of grilled and seasoned beef. I cant eat thick chunks of meat because I'll throw up just at the very thought of eating a chunk of meat... anyway I cant bring myself to eat chicken yet... and definitely not seafood.. even before I became vegetarian, as a little girl, i absolutely hated seafood. I tried scallops... I couldnt eat them, I tried salmon, I couldnt eat that either, muscles, I tried one and it tasted awful, I just hate seafood. if its at a really expensive restaurant and I am not paying for it, then yes i'll eat it for the experience but for me to order it as my main course... NEVER. LOL!! anyway back to the beef. I made my self a salad and topped it with super thin slices of grilled, seasoned beef! It was pretty good! My salad had some grilled heart of palm, artichoke hearts, grilled peppers and red onion, romain lettuce for a nice crunch and a citrus vinaigrette. I topped it with a few super thin slices of grilled seasoned beef. it was delicious!
A couple days ago, it was super hot here in L.A. and my roommate and I decided to go job hunting early since we both want out of our current jobs... well he wants out of his, I want to keep my options open so seeking better jobs. Anyway, it was such a beautiful day we changed our plans last minute and decided to head to the beach instead. after a while of soaking up some sun, we headed back to the apartment to lounge out... we stopped by CVS first and picked up some cheap chardonnay which was disgusting btw but you get what you pay for right? and a party size bag of peanut M&Ms... We sipped on the chardonnay as we watched a movie (completely in french btw) and stuffed our faces with those peanut M&Ms... by the time the movie was over, i was sooooo full I began to feel sick, bloated and super fat. After having nothing else to do, my friend said he wants to cut his hair... He wasnt sure if he should do it but then I pushed for it and said yeah why not? it'll grow back... so we headed to the bathroom and I shaved his hair off, leaving him completely bald then he took some shaving cream and a razor to his head to make sure we got every spot completely chaved... it was super fun and strange to see him bald LOL!! . Our new plan is to one day take time off for vacation, rent a car and drive from Los Angeles to the southern most part of Brazil but before we leave Los Angeles, I will shave my head completely bald and see how long my hair grows by the time we reach the south of Brazil. I told my mom iour plan and she said "that's why you two are such good friends you both have such crazy stupid ideas" ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! I guess she's right. LOL anyway it was fun. Before bed, I had to run a little that chocolate and wine turned out to not be the best combination lol

Ok so since I've been forced to watch "The Spanish Teacher" episode of Glee for like a million times, I've realized that 40 year old Enrique Martín Morales is super gorgeous! Who woulda' thunk he was 40! Geez Louise & he's sooooo fine! In case someone fell off the planet & doesn't know who Enrique Martín Morales is... it's Ricky Martin! Yep & here's a little bio on this hot Latin churro!!

this is me now!!! :( and I dont have a full body picture of me now because i dont want to take pictures of myself this fat... my goal... go back to athletic Mayra by the summer... wish me luck!
I took this picture because I always take pictures of myself to make sure I am not gaining weight especially on my face and while I have actually gained weight... i am trying to lose it again. anyway when I looked at the picture I took of myself i noticed my eye color changed and it looks like i have cat eyes!!! very strange
Hi Everyone, Sorry that I have not been blogging. Been busy at work (bad excuse i know).
What have everyone been up to? Besides work I have been spending whatever time I have left in the day watching Hindi movies.
