Just a little info: Barack Obama became President of the United States of America even before he was sworn in! The US Constitution states that the new President takes office at noon EST with or without the oath!
President Obama is a stand up kind of guy! CNN noted that it is a time to remember because he actually was courteous enough to walk former President Bush to the helicopter to see him & his wife off!
