Yummy thick hot chocolate with delicious warm churros

This week I (SoHo) will take you back to my favorite childhood snack. Churros con chocolate caliente is on the menu for this week. A churro is a Spanish/Mexican version of the doughnut. "con chocolate caliente" means with hot chocolate. Churros con chocolate caliente is a must have during cold, windy, rainy evenings, very popular among Spanish/Mexican families. What you do is, you take the warm churro and dunk it in the thick hot chocolate and enjoy the living soul out of it!! Man, this takes me back... the joys of being a kid...(sigh) Ok, back to real time LOL!!

Anyway, Here is a great recipe for churros con chocolate caliente. I couldnt find my recipe so this one is courtesy of Dean Derhak. Thanx Dean!!
