This was an interesting and excellent question that was asked to Prion Break writer, Nick Santora about Michael trying to get together with Sara. But, wait... wasn't he still married to the beautiful Nikka? Did they ever get a divorce? So technically, wouldn't Michael be cheating on Nikka if he DOES end up with Sara without divorcing her first? Anyway, check out this tidbit and see Nick Santora's answer.

“hi, so glad you are excited — yup, he’s still legally married!”

WILL be cheating on Nikka - the little devil LOL! I guess that's another one of those things about the show you gotta love (or hate, depending on how you look at it)!
