Today I spent my evening washing, drying, chopping and storing my vegetables. In the process I made myself a kale, spinach, salad with an avocado dressing, and some grilled tofu that I marinated in red onion that I mashed up with some soy sauce, sesame oil, and a tad bit of siracha garlic chili sauce.
I also had a small side of French onion soup. and a glass of cold water. everything was good.
