Hi everybody!!! This week on "MMMMM....Did You Make That?", with Fall (Autumn) officially here and sugar pumpkins in season, we have a really tasty treat for you that will surely make you pull out those baking loaf pans that you haven't used in a while and get you baking again!!! Ha ha ha!!! For this week's recipe,we bring you SPICED PUMPKIN BREAD!!! That's right!! There's nothing better than that soft succulent warm loaf sitting on cooling rack releasing it's comforting aroma... So get out your apron and spatula because this recipe is sure to put a smile on your face. INGREDIENTS:
3 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
3 cups flour, sifted with
1 tsp each ground cloves, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. combine sugar and oil. Beat in eggs and pumpkin
2. add sifted dry ingredients in two batches stirring to combine
3. pour into two buttered loaf pans (or use cooking spray) bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until tester comes out clean, cool on wire rack
