Now this guy, WOW he needed a post all to himself because I think he is just AMAZING and I LOVE his energy. You see, these are the types of people I like working with in a kitchen!! Always excited about what they do, have an incredible personality, great sense of humor and energy through the roof!!! so without further ado, meet DARIO CECCHINI!!!!!! GOSH HE ROCKS!!! He is the craziest butcher i've ever seen!!! LOL and people thought I was crazy for feeding myself and my co workers strawberries with with a knife!! but this guy seems to be much crazier than me!!
