Hey guys!! I've decided to add a section to the blog called the "celebrity meeting corner" basically this will be a post telling the story and showing the pictures of your celebrity meetings. If you happen to meet a fave celeb of yours and would like to share your experience on the blog, do let us know and send us your story and pics if available and we'll be more than happy to post them. The first celeb meeting is from our faithful ZIE!!! I meant to post this a while back but I've been busy and hadnt had time to download the pictures. Tonight I have done that so here is her meeting with Bayu Kusumanegara... actually, it was a lunch date with Bayu Kusumanegara!!! He's cute!!! enjoy!!! Thanx Zie for sharing this with us!!

Location: Lagun Sari Indonesian Restaurant - Singapore
The event was suppossed to start at 2pm but as usual there were some delays. After some speeches and a performance by a local duo who i swear i don't even know the man we've been waiting for appeared at exactly 230pm.
First came the singer Rivky. Ok so all of us didn't know who he was exactly but he had a nice voice and we enjoyed it. He came in singing the theme song of the soap that Bayu is acting in. Halfway into the song Rivky announced Bayu's name and he came in singing! All of us went crazy!! He was so cute, dressed in white and a black jacket. Anyway after the song he thanked everyone for coming. Bayu was speechless for a while. He was just so touched and overwhelmed by the response. He was really teary eyed.
There were several games organised. Firstly 4 girls had to act with Bayu. It was sooo funny. The girls were so good that he was speechless. He looked at us in the crowd asking for help. We had a good laugh. Secondly it was a dance competition. 4 girls were again picked. My friend As Dee and I forced her niece to go up stage and dance with him and wow did she dance! She was so good too! The other 4 girls were nothing compared to her. Bayu himself was scared dancing with her lol! He was so cute. When it was time to choose a winner, each girl had to dance with him again and we would choose. Of course As Dee and I shouted and clapped loudly for Fifi (her niece). Bayu looked at As Dee and me when fifi came up to dance with him again...he said "wow i am scared now" right at us! LOL! that was just so cute.
We had a short break then, the local duo performed again so everyone including Bayu ate while they sang. Then it was time to cut his bday cake. His bday was actually in March but we celebrated it on Sunday. He was shocked too that he had a cake. Then everyone sang him the bday song. He was blushing! LOL!!
After lunch it was the autograph session. We went table by table. As Dee and i went last (well almost last). We gave him our gift, which was a sports bag which contained a sports jacket, a tshirt and a cap. When i handed him the bag i told him there's more inside and he was really touched. As Dee as usual had to kiss him but i told her...NO!! So she ended up kissing him cheek to cheek. When it was my turn he kissed me cheek to cheek lol! We then took our photos with him.
It was a great lunch. What do i think of Bayu Kusumanegara? He is a very nice person. Humble and lovable. He is soft spoken also. And funny too. He really does appreciate his fans. Thorughout the event he kept thanking everyone for coming and supporting him.
