Free sushi roll!!!

When I went with my friend Amina to go watch Alice in Wonderland which was GREAT btw, we headed to Mishima before the movie to have us some noodle soup. Amina had hung on to a free sushi roll coupon from like a few weeks before that we were given while dining there. Finally we used it and I was surprised that Amina had it because I know I would have lost it for sure. LOL anyway we ordered a veggie roll and it was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in this picture we had already eaten a piece each. LOL it was a rainy day outside that day and we were enjoying some nice hot udon noodle soup, water, hot green tea and a free veggie sushi roll!!! I LOVE mishima. Good times!!

crazy weather

a few weeks ago we had rain here in the morning and that afternoon it was really hot. AS I was leaving work and looked at the sky from the parking lot, I saw a rainbow with downtown L.A. way in the back and had to snap a picture to show you guys LOL enjoy!

breast milk cheese?

A New York city chef found himself with a bit of a problem after his wife gave birth to their beautiful baby girl. What was the problem? they ended up with too much breast milk. The chef didnt want to throw it away so what did he do? He put his chef skills to work and made cheese from his wife's breast milk. He invited some friends over for a tasting and some actually liked it others didnt see a difference but it is said that breast milk does have a sweeter taste to it. I would like to know, would you guys try human breast milk cheese? This chef is also creating a recipe for breast milk gelato. so what do you guys think? would you give it a try? here's the vid. I finally slept!!

I got me a nice long rest last night. fianlly!!
Zie suggested I have some hot chocolate and you know what? that actually worked!! I think it worked because it warmed me up and I got sleepy and eventually fell asleep!! THANK YOU ZIE!!!!!!!!!!

so I was feeling rested and since it was my day off today i went out to Ikea and bought me a new bed! LOL I'll take pictures and show you all. Let's see what else... Oh yeah for those of you wondering about Laila, I last heard from her last month on her birthday. I'll make an attempt to contact her first thing tomorrow to see how she's doing and will report my findings to you. I know she's fine she's just caught up on some stuff that's going on and apparently some game online that you can create a second life.... IDK what that's all about but ok if that's what she's in to then that's great. LOL!! alright I hope you all are doing absolutely wonderful!! I know I am since I've been taking my medication for anemia. I havent been cold and I have way more energy!! I am feeling GREAT!! I gotta get to bed now but I'll post again tomorrow... maybe then next day cuz I have french class right after work and wont be home till later. but since I dont work thursday I'll stay up and chat with you guys. Ok for now thanx soooooo much for coming. I'll see you all in a bit!

cant sleep?

Hi everybody!! I have a problem. ever since i came back from mexico, I find myself not being able to sleep at all. I stay up all night and even get home early from work just to try to give myself enough time to fall asleep but I just cant sleep. I dont know what to do. I dont know if maybe the medication for anemia has a side affect that causes me not to sleep or if it's from the trip or i dont know!!! it's been three nights already that I have not slept a bit. I have dark circles under my eyes and I want to sleep but I just cant. Any suggestions anybody? as I am posting this, it is 4:00am monday and I have to get up for work in 3 hours!! help guys! any tips on what I can do to fall asleep?

BACK HOME!!!

Hi guys!!! I am back home from mexico!! ahhh feels good to be back. ok here's the deal. remember I said I'd take tons of pictures in mexico? well guess what? I couldnt. I was feeling really sick and ready to faint so I was taken to the hospital and I had to go back and forth when my doctor started his shift at four. anyway they drew blood from me and did a urine test as well. turns out I am anemic. I was told I need to eat more and have a well balanced diet. I lack iron and have very low levels of some essential body fluids I guess. IDK anyway my entire trip was me going back and forth to the hospital and it totally sucked. I didnt get to go out and hit the town.... so I saw nothing in mexico except the inside of the doctor's office. Yeah I know. sucks right? anyway I am back and ready to get dressed for work. I dont really feel like going yet. LOL but whatever. I'll have some more posts for you when I get back home. Thanx for stopping by even though you knew id be gone. that means a lot to me. Thank you all!!! k I'll see you in a bit!

Ok so Philippe has left me again:( so I have nobody to play with LOL!!! anyway today I sent him a txt saying if he was sure he wanted to go back to paris and if he wouldnt rather stay here and help me with my homework LOL!!! He txted back saying good luck with ur class LOL!!! I guess there's my answer eh? so anyway he txted me today while I was at work saying that he would be boarding the plane in twenty minutes. unfortunately I read his txt forty minutes later but still txted him back wishing him a safe flight with his family. He'll be back in a week or so. While he's in France, I'll be in Mexico so that's not so bad LOL!! anyway, I hope you make it safe back to Paris!! let me know you've arrived safe... yes? Ok

Mexico

Hi everybody!!! ok sorry for not posting anything in a while but I've been working a lot and have been going through personal problems so that's kept me away from my loved blog. LOL anyway I am back and ready to post again. this week I'll be going to Mexico!!!!!!! YAY!!! so I'll be taking pictures for all you to see. This is NOT a vacation trip unfortunately... more of a personal affair if you will or family affair. anyway I am looking forward to taking pictures. I'll be back wednesday so dont go away. Alice in Wonderland

I am sooooooooooooooooo very tired!!! last night my friend and I went to go see Alice in wonderland but the problem was that we wanted to watch it in 3d. All the 3D showtimes were sold out until 10pm. that was kind of late for us considering the movie is about two hours long which would have us be outta the movie theater by midnight. We had to work the next day and we decided to watch it anyway. I invited my boss to come join us and he did. It was raining and cold and I was wearing flip flops!! my feet were cold and wet. I went back to the restaurant to get my shoes and socks and an extra sweater (yes I practically live there LOL) and off to a bar we went while we waited for the time to come to watch the movie. My boss got drunk even though he says he was buzzed I know he was drunk. LOL my friend and I were completely sober. she had two beers and I had a soy chai late from starbucks LOL!!! I was cold so the last thing I wanted was cold beer! Anyway the movie was sold out for both 3D and non 3D. luckily we bought our tickets early evening to watch it at night and three minutes after we bought ours, Alice and wonderland was officially sold out for the day and night so we were lucky. Anyway we enjoyed the movie in 3D. It was wonderful except I wanted a different ending for the mad hatter. LOL Anyway if you havent watched the movie, it's a must see!!

New Phone!!

Ok so my phone got wet and I waited for it to dry because when I tried to charge it, it would tell me that it's being charged but in reality it never charged at all. So my phone was broken and it sounded muffled when someone called me or and also I sounded very muffled to the person calling me so I bought a $79 blue tooth (ear piece) in order to hear my caller more clearly and for them to hear me clearly as well but I lost it. so yesterday I bought a new phone.... $300. And I try my old phone again and it works!!! grrrrrrrr but that's ok because my new phone is an updated version of my old phone but at least I can hear crystal clear now through my phone and my caller can hear me very clear too. So I am happy. I'll post my pictures soon so hang tight. Oh btw! Johnny Depp's new movie Alice in Wonderland comes out in theaters tomorrow and you bet I am gonna be there to watch it!! I am so excited about this movie. OK here's the trailer. ENJOY!!!!!!!!

WELCOME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so Philippe's back!! YAY!!!! yesterday while I was feeling down at work, I got a random txt from Philippe asking if I wanted to have a drink. I was soooooooooooo happy he was back!!! he came to celebrate his fathers birthday over here but he'll be flying back to france this sunday with his parents and brother. He'll fly back to L.A. around the fifteenth. I am soooooooooooooooo Happy so last night we hung out and poor philippe was so tired he was talking and falling asleep as he talked LOL so I was like yeah I cant even drive straight anymore I think I going home so at two in the morning I leave his house and go home. I dont know how I made it home but wutever tonight I will be hanging out with Amina in a couple hours or so. anyway I'll have more posts as soon as I am not suffering from the blues anymore. and judging by the wonderful group of supportive friends I have and you guys, I should be back up and running in no time!!
