Two more Episode 409 sneak peek vids

I'm sick of waiting for Monday to come! This is taking too long, wouldn't you agree? Well, even if you don't, here are two sneak peek vids to tide you over... hopefully! Enjoy!

Carolyn Reynolds one of the worst Presidents in history...

TV history that is! TV Guide this week (paper copy) had this to say about our favorite president to hate!

"For most politicos, a dirty campaign means shoting slam ads and dodging debate questions. For this shrew, it meant fraud, betrayal and, of course, poisoning the big guy to move up from veep to chief. Not exactly a profile in courage, although we can think of skeevier things that have gone down in the oval office."

Conspiracy Theory

I LOVE conspiracy theories (cloning, Area 54, UFO's, New World Order, etc.) & this is one that you've gotta read! I received this email yesterday & while I can't say that this is "conspiracy" per se, there sure are a lot of coincidences (I should interject here that one of the biggest conspiracies in US History is the murder of JFK & I DO NOT believe he was killed by Oswald...)! Have fun with this one ;) It's called:

History Mystery
Have a history teacher explain this----- if they can.

Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.
John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.
John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.

Both were particularly concerned with civil rights. Both wives lost their children while living in the White House. Both Presidents were shot on a Friday. Both Presidents were shot in the head

Now it gets really weird.

Lincoln 's secretary was named Kennedy.
Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln.

Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.

Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808. Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.

Both were assassinated by Southerners.

John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839.
Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.

Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.

Both assassins were known by their three names and both names are composed of fifteen letters.

Now hang on to your seat.

Lincoln was shot at the theater named 'Ford'.
Kennedy was shot in a car called 'Lincoln' made by 'Ford'.

Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse.
Kennedy was shot from a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.

And here's the kicker...

A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe , Maryland.
A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe.

WHO FIGURED THIS OUT?

1) Fold a NEW $20 bill in half...

2) Fold again, taking care to fold it exactly as below

3) Fold the other end, exactly as before

4) Now, simply turn it over...

What a coincidence! A simple geometric fold creates a catastrophic premonition printed on all $20 bills!!!

COINCIDENCE? YOU DECIDE!

As if that wasn't enough... Here is what you've seen...

Firstly The Pentagon on fire...

Then The Twin Towers.

And now... look at this!

TRIPLE COINCIDENCE ON A SIMPLE $20 BILL:

Disaster (Pentagon)
Disaster (Twin Towers)
Disaster (Osama)???

It gets even better: 9 + 11 = 20 (as in $20 bill)!

Creepy huh? Send this to as many people as you can, cause: Hey, this is one history lesson most people probably will not mind reading!

Lebron James... yeah right

This will seem even more random than the other stuff SoHo & I usually post about but if you don't already know, I'm a HUGE basketball fan & my favorite team is none other than the almighty LAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purple & gold for LIFE, baby! *ahem* Got carried away LOL! Where was I? Oh yeah, so I'm watching ESPN last night after the Laker game - yes we won, did you have to ask - and they start talking about Lebron James & how he's one of the greatest to ever play the game!!! I'm like "huh???? Greatest to play what game? Not the game played on the hardwood with the ball & basket???" What has the world come to? Lebron has NOT proven to me that he can hold his own. I've seen him in high pressure situations when it came to him holding his team up & he couldn't do it. The sign of a true champion is when you can step up & take the weight of your team on your shoulders and do what seems impossible! It's also being able to make baskets when they count, not when you are just showing off!
Since it's late I'll leave this argument for another time. Alas, it is basketball season, opening week this week which means we got a lot more time for this! Not to mention you'll probably see a shot out or two to LSU Tiger football team & to whatever team my girl Tameka Johnson goes to (she's in the WNBA now & goes to my church; she used to play for LSU). Good night blogging world! Have sweet Wentalicious dreams ;)

Prison Break: S4 ending & a Season 5? and spoiler(s) too!

Disclaimer: Spoilers contained herein! DO NOT click that button if you don't want to know! You have been duly warned, in a nice way, of course!

I was searching about the net, as usual, the other night & found this neat info which is a HUGE plus for us TRUE Prison Break fans! First off "Jack" mentions that tvbythenumbers shows an increase in viewers, a significant increase on their renewal/cancel list & predicts that PB is likely to be back for a 5th season *jumping for joy*!!!!!!!!!!

Now here's where the spoiler comes in! Jack says, which we would assume would have to be true, that in order for there to be a season five, Michael and Lincoln will NOT die this season. More than likely, Sara will be around as well - bummer... sorry MiSa fans! I'm sure Michael could find another love interest! Which will probably be the case IF what Jack says is the case - I'll get to that in a minute!

Jack says he did some research & found that there are a some "possible" plot ideas for the fifth season. Please keep in mind that THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED but ARE VERY LIKELY, which is why he labeled them "spoilers". Are you ready? Ok, here goes:
"Michael loses his memory, and by this happening Michael is now employed by The Company, doing things he would never do. The Company is using Michaels’ memory loss to their advantage. [Again this is not confirmed information.] While Lincoln and the rest of the crew continue their attempt to “rescue” Michael and help him get his memory back.
How Do I see this plot possible?: The answer will be seen throughout the rest of season four, as I do not want to spoil the rest of this season for the fans, I will leave this area open until the end of the season... I just realized that the other plot ideal that I read may contain more spoilers for season four, which I elect not to disclose at this time..."

Pretty cool right! Well here's what I think on that: I LOVE IT & it sounds quite believable according to the "normal" twists of Prison Break! Now b/c we don't know for sure if Sucre will be around after epi 409 (actually I do but I won't tell you *neh neh neh neh neh*), it leaves one to wonder who will be helping Linc "rescue" Michael from the Company. I hoped that it might be Gretchen, but I read somewhere that she won't be make the entire season - sorry... SPOILER! Hey the title of this post says "spoiler" & this text was hidden behind a spoiler button so what did you expect LOL! I'm wondering how this will all play into the theme of breaking out of/staying out of prison, but it's very interesting nonetheless. If I get more info, of course I'll post!

I know you guys saw the video from the Paley Center on Monday night where Wentworth talks about his ideal ending for PB. Well, I thought about that, too &... wait... I think I mentioned this before *thinking hard now* hmm... to heck with it: I can't remember so I'm saying it again LOL! My ideal ending would be that they go through getting Scylla, decoding it, ridding the world of the likes of Padman. They think they are taking the Company down in the process but all along, Padman is not the real head of the Company or at least he's not the brains behind the outfit... there is yet another & now they have to deal with this person.

I feel like this would work well if they meet this person before the last few episodes of this season but they do not know that this person is the "one to beat" until epi 421 or 422! At this time they are given the opportunity to work for the Company or be killed. Also they'll find out that the General, while working for the Company, was also some well respected covert government agent whose death Lincoln will be responsible for - yes again but this time, he really did do it but it was in self defense or something like that! So not only are they on the run again & trying to stay out of prison while proving their innocence AGAIN, they are actively being pursued by the Company who can make this all go away IF they come work for them... and guess what, this would play alongside with what "Jack" read as far as Michael losing his memory & working for the Company!

Since we're on the notion of a possible PBS5, I thought I'd talk about Cherry Hill for a quick second. You know I mentioned before that I would NOT be watching it under any circumstances. BUT, I have decided that IF Gretchen were in it, I would. Now the premise for that would be this: Gretchen gets sent to prison this season (rather than killed) for all the dirt she's done - perhaps she gets set up by Padman or "Janet" or even the brothers. She vows revenge on the Company & has to break out of prison to do so. The only bad part about this is if the Company is in Cherry Hill, then they aren't in Prison Break, which means (probably) no S5. Dang, can't have it all!

Edited to move post up... found the info 2 days ago but forgot to post it SORRY =)

Interview with Prison Break's William Fichtner

What it feels like to have a master storyteller like Stephen King gush about "Prison Break" and his acting?
“I know, that was pretty sweet, huh? I had my wife go get a couple of copies so I could send them to my mother. You know, the first thing I thought, I've been such a Stephen King fan for so long. I mean, I love "The Shining" the movie, but the book is – is where it's at and it's nice. It's always nice to be complimented.”
Your character, Alex Mahone has had one of the most emotionally charged storylines this season.
“I love the way the writers, you know, always challenge it makes – it's never a one-note experience for Mahone, ever. I mean, the same was true of last year when we were in Sona, you know, it was the same sort of thing of, you know, falling into the drugs and missing his family and feeling like his whole world was caving in. I, you know, I never had much to say, you know, before each season but when I sit down with Matt Olmstead and our writers, you know, the one thing that I always look at Matt and I say, you know, just, you know, you know, make it challenging, just throw everything at me. It's what – it's what keeps you going, what keeps me going.”
As an actor, the emotional journey he has to make to show Mahone’s feelings of grief and revenge at the same time.
“I wish I could have the ready answer for that one, but I don't know, I don't think of it in terms of – I can never explain it that well, I guess, is what I'm saying, you know. You go through the journey and you, you know, I'm a firm believer that an actor that works on television, especially in a series, you know, if you care about your character and what you're doing and whatever your piece of the puzzle is of that show, you know, by seven or eight shows if the writers want to know about that character ask the actor playing it and, you know, it's all common denominators is what I really think it's all about.”
Do you think Mahone’s quest for revenge has made it difficult for him to grieve?“
Yeah, you know, revenge is a funny thing, you know. It's, I don't know, it's one of those emotions like jealousy, revenge. It's so all consuming that I don't think you can really live and function if you really let it, you know, grip you that much, but Mahone's been around long enough and with his experience, you know, his work experience and his life that I kind of feel like he – he knew the time would come and this was the best way – this was the best position to be in to be ready for when the time came” sptv050769.
Is Mahone’s quest for revenge really more about redemption?“
I think this year is, is different because, you know, the events of Episode 1 and what happens to my family that’s, that’s something that it just clears the slate on everything. I mean I can only imagine that every issue to that point is, is mute. You know? That’s the driving force of ,you know, what could take him down or lift him up or, or ,you know, it’s – the revenge factor is I don’t know ,you know, and the playing of it ,you know, I don’t really think about oh, I got to get revenge on him, I got to get revenge. It’s just a matter of – I don’t know. Revenge seems too calculated. This is – there doesn’t feel like there’s anything calculated about Mahone getting to Wyatt. It’s just a matter of time”
How Mahone would describe Wyatt (actor Cress Williams)?
“Large. He's incredibly large. Cress, he's like a big teddy bear, but, you know, I assign a whole other set of like emotions and – and what I think about him when I see him and that, so – but it's always a joy to work with him, always, and he's a really a real class act and I think he's played the part really, really well.”

LOL!!!) thanx for voting!!!!

...

I wasn't sure what to say... I'm just about speechless. Yesterday I posted about Julian King, Jennifer Hudson's nephew. I didn't watch CNN today so I just found out - well, my suspicions were just confirmed - that it was the boy's body in the back of the white suburban :( An autopsy was performed and it seems the boy died as a result of multiple gunshots. The medical examiner didn't say where the wounds were inflicted or what time the child died, but according to the Chicago Tribune, he had one shot to the head.
Even though William Balfour has not been charged, police believe (according to one of his girlfriends who was interviewed by police) that he "went to the Hudson family home Friday and shot through the front door, striking Hudson's brother, Jason. Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, came into the living room, screaming, and Balfour shot her as well, sources said. Shell casings were also found in the child's room, but there were no bullet holes or other signs of violence there." This girlfriend also "contradicted his [Balfour] alibi and told police that he was involved in the slayings."

This is sad...

You know I'm a CNN fan right now so I've basically been watching it all day (and since there's no PB tonight, I'll guess tonight will be much the same). Yesterday morning, as I was getting ready for church, I was watching a segment on how this mother & son was shot to death in their home on Friday. A 7 year old little boy was taken from the home & a white SUV was missing. I'm not sure if you have been following the story, but this family is that of Jennifer Hudson.
The 7 year old boy is Jennifer's nephew (her sister Julia's child). A "person of interest" is the boy's step-father & his mother's estranged husband, William Balfour. He is currently being held on a parole violation but has not been charged with the murders of Hudson's mother & brother or the disappearance of her little nephew.
Earlier this morning, the white SUV was found on the southside of Chicago & there was a body of a small male child (yes, you guessed it - African American). The Cook County police did not release much information. The body of the child & the white 1994 Chevy Suburban has been transported for further investigation. According to CNN (as if you didn't know), FBI in Washington say they "believe [the body found] to be that of the missing boy".
CNN says that Balfour could only be held for 48 hours & was released last night BUT is now in custody of the Illinois Dept. of Corrections because of a parole violation, as I mentioned up there. Just to give a little background about Mr. Balfour (according to Chicago Sun Times): was paroled in 2006 after convictions for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and receiving stolen property, state records show. He spent nearly seven years in prison. He has a myspace page where he says he's proud of his sister-in-law & is a proud parent.
Interestingly enough, TMZ reports that neighbors say a family member tried to steal a car a few weeks ago which lead to a "heated argument". No one was specifically named in the attempted crime, but, according to these neighbors, whomever the thief was "promised revenge". I can only hope & pray the the body found in the SUV is not that of Julian King, but we all know that it more than likely is... sad sad.

Obama gets Alaska's vote!

Well, at least their largest newspaper has endorsed Senator Barack Obama! Are you kidding me? They won't even back their govenor! Yesterday The Anchorage Daily News reported that Govenor Sarah Palin is "too risky to be one step away from the Oval Office" and that Obama "brings more promise"! WOW! No matter how you slice it, this will be a historic presidential election! I'm actually glued to CNN (if you didn't know that's where I got this from about 45 minutes ago)! If I find a link to the story online, I'll post it! Found it before I hit the "post" button LOL! Here you go!

One other thing that's interesting is that since it became public about Palin's $150,000 makeover, she's constantly having to defend it. I'm sure every campaign has some sort of budget for this sort of thing, but at the time when many Americans cannot afford their homes, I'm sure they could have kept that tidbit to themselves! I mean, seriously, she's the Govenor of Alaska for God's sake! She's attended speaking engagements before! Didn't she have presentable enough clothing to make her way to rallies around the country? And even if she needed to get some additional or more "VP style" threads, were trips to Saks & Neiman Marcus to the tune of nearly $125,000 really necessary (not to mention about $4,700 on "hair & makeup" - YIKES!!!!)? I highly doubt it! At any rate, everything purchased will supposedly be donated to charitable organizations - talk about a tax write 0ff LOL! Palin says she'll go back to wearing her regular clothes from her favorite consignment shop... hmm... OK! You can read the entire story here!

Crazy Los Angeles Weather

As I drove to work this morning, I noticed that it was quite foggy outside. The past few weeks have been hot here in L.A. But today was different...This morning the sun was not shining, it was not warming my skin or blinding me as I tried to make my way to work.
NOPE!! not a single sign of sunshine in sight!! Actually the fog was quite thick and I had to let the lane lines guide my way. The strange part of this is 20 minutes later when I am almost at work, the fog suddenly clears. I brought along my camera of course to show all of you what I mean... The rest of the day was nothing but sunshine!! LOL!! By the way, please ignore the music in the background ha ha ha ha ha I ALWAYS need me some music to wake me up in the morning. ENJOY!!! YAY I AM OFF TOMORROW!!!!! YUPPY!!!!

Thick fog...It was actually worse than what it
looks like in this vid.
