Question: Hi, Will Michael be alive in the end? Hope you will answer thank you Answer: since you keep asking i will tell you.
At the end of ep 22 the scene that is 4 years later has sara, linc, sucre, mahone and michael jr. at michaels grave. and then the show ends. in eps 23 and 24 you will find out what happened. michael ends up sacraficeing himself to save sara and get her out of prison, but the reason he did it is because he still has a tumor and was going to die anyway.
ETA the following: Q: How long did he have to live before he would have died from the tumor though? Like a few months or more like years? Since the cat is out of the bag, could you give us a bit more details? The Man: Since i'm not being yelled at here, I will try to answer this question..... it is not specifically stated how long he has, but it says not long, so it could even be only a few weeks.

Got scoop on Prison Break? And are they doing all 22 episodes? — Chaya
MATT: At minimum, Prison Break will deliver six more episodes after its beyond-midseason break, for a total of 22. Should Fox decide this is the series' final season (and really, they should), the buzz is that two additional hours will be tacked on, to properly wrap things up. Scoop-wise, next week we learn what Scylla really is and say goodbye to a series regular. "No!" you cry? Well, during the Dec. 22 winter finale, plan to bid another major player adieu.

Lena in London: I love Prison Break! Can you share anything new about what's to come? How about a fabulous spoiler tip from our friend Sarah in Long Beach, Calif.? She said, "They were filming outside the Aquarium [of the Pacific in Long Beach] and saw Wentworth and Sarah and was able to watch some of the filming. I found a crew call report later with some details about the episode. It was for episode 418, 'VS.' The episode had Michael, Sara, Lincoln, Mahone, T-Bag, Self and two other people named Christina and Downey. In the first scene it says 'Mahone arrives, not Linc. Michael can't believe Mahone will still work for the Company.' So apparently Michael is still alive and with Sara, and apparently Mahone is working for the Company again!" Thanks, Sarah.
Desi in Palm Springs, Calif.: What's to come on Prison Break? Is this the last season? No word yet on the future of the series, but I can tell you the past continues to haunt the boys. In an upcoming episode, Lincoln tries to get access to information locked in his mom's safe-deposit box, but the bank isn't playing ball unless Linc gets a court order...

Well, it's not much of a spoiler, but Kristin's info is somewhat revealing, so I thought the "button" was important =D

Well, crap. Don't tell me they're lopping Sarah Wayne Callies' head off again on Prison Break.
"I got to [reading] the end of episode 15," she tells us, "and my head was kind of floating on a string."
Grrreat.
Thankfully, though, that was just a figure of speech, and Sarah's character, Dr. Sara Tancredi, is not once again losing her head. Whew! (Reminder: Her head was chopped off and put in a box last season, but it was revealed that wasn't really Sara.)
However, a major twist is going down, and it sounds like a show-changer.
And could it, um, involve a pregnancy?
The Prison Break cast and producers hit the Paley Center for Media, and here's the scoop they spilled to us
More Michael and Sara: Michael and Sara have been taking it slow, but their romance will be accelerating in the weeks to come. According to executive producer Matt Olmstead, "At the beginning of this season they couldn't just [get together] right off the bat and run through meadows of wildflowers. [Michael and Sara have] been through a whole hell of a lot. Slowly as [this season] chips at the things that are between them, it's going to get to a point of real kind of intimacy between the two." Can I get a hell yes?
Boy Fight? As the season progresses, Michael and Lincoln will actually grow apart. Says Olmstead, "There are some revelations about Michael and Lincoln's family that knocks them on their keisters. Everything kind of gets turned upside down in terms of their relationship."
Shocking Turn: According to Matt, something big is coming down the pike in episode 15 (episode 10 airs tonight). Says Matt, "It's something that we had talked about that was similar to bringing Sarah back, essentially. Which was when—it was a discussion we had back in season three—let's put it in our back pocket. We have this if we need to go to it, if we want to go to it. And we ended up wanting to go to it. So this card that we're turning in 15 is something that was kind of talked about in certain conversations, at certain lengths, last season."
Sarah reveals that when she read the twist in 15, "I thought, 'I don't know where they're going to go with that!'" Gee...what happened last year? Sarah Wayne Callies was pregnant! Could this mean they're activating a Dr. Sara pregnancy storyline that's been on layaway?
Says Matt, "I don't know anything about that." Ditto a network rep, and maybe I just have babies on the brain, but I'm staying suspicious...and bringing a preggo test stick to set next time I go.
Tick-Tock? Could Gretchen (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) be clocking out before the end of season four? Says Olmstead, "A character like that has burned so many bridges...She's [used] eight or nine lives already."
What's Next? The many-headed Company may not be easy to kill. In fact, I'm told that while the gang's current quest will wrap by the end of episode 16, when the show returns next year they will very likely be battling a different division of the Company with the same funding but a different nefarious scheme.

I was searching about the net, as usual, the other night & found this neat info which is a HUGE plus for us TRUE Prison Break fans! First off "Jack" mentions that tvbythenumbers shows an increase in viewers, a significant increase on their renewal/cancel list & predicts that PB is likely to be back for a 5th season *jumping for joy*!!!!!!!!!!

Now here's where the spoiler comes in! Jack says, which we would assume would have to be true, that in order for there to be a season five, Michael and Lincoln will NOT die this season. More than likely, Sara will be around as well - bummer... sorry MiSa fans! I'm sure Michael could find another love interest! Which will probably be the case IF what Jack says is the case - I'll get to that in a minute!
Jack says he did some research & found that there are a some "possible" plot ideas for the fifth season. Please keep in mind that THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED but ARE VERY LIKELY, which is why he labeled them "spoilers". Are you ready? Ok, here goes: "Michael loses his memory, and by this happening Michael is now employed by The Company, doing things he would never do. The Company is using Michaels’ memory loss to their advantage. [Again this is not confirmed information.] While Lincoln and the rest of the crew continue their attempt to “rescue” Michael and help him get his memory back. How Do I see this plot possible?: The answer will be seen throughout the rest of season four, as I do not want to spoil the rest of this season for the fans, I will leave this area open until the end of the season... I just realized that the other plot ideal that I read may contain more spoilers for season four, which I elect not to disclose at this time..."
Pretty cool right! Well here's what I think on that: I LOVE IT & it sounds quite believable according to the "normal" twists of Prison Break! Now b/c we don't know for sure if Sucre will be around after epi 409 (actually I do but I won't tell you *neh neh neh neh neh*), it leaves one to wonder who will be helping Linc "rescue" Michael from the Company. I hoped that it might be Gretchen, but I read somewhere that she won't be make the entire season - sorry... SPOILER! Hey the title of this post says "spoiler" & this text was hidden behind a spoiler button so what did you expect LOL! I'm wondering how this will all play into the theme of breaking out of/staying out of prison, but it's very interesting nonetheless. If I get more info, of course I'll post!
I know you guys saw the video from the Paley Center on Monday night where Wentworth talks about his ideal ending for PB. Well, I thought about that, too &... wait... I think I mentioned this before *thinking hard now* hmm... to heck with it: I can't remember so I'm saying it again LOL! My ideal ending would be that they go through getting Scylla, decoding it, ridding the world of the likes of Padman. They think they are taking the Company down in the process but all along, Padman is not the real head of the Company or at least he's not the brains behind the outfit... there is yet another & now they have to deal with this person.
I feel like this would work well if they meet this person before the last few episodes of this season but they do not know that this person is the "one to beat" until epi 421 or 422! At this time they are given the opportunity to work for the Company or be killed. Also they'll find out that the General, while working for the Company, was also some well respected covert government agent whose death Lincoln will be responsible for - yes again but this time, he really did do it but it was in self defense or something like that! So not only are they on the run again & trying to stay out of prison while proving their innocence AGAIN, they are actively being pursued by the Company who can make this all go away IF they come work for them... and guess what, this would play alongside with what "Jack" read as far as Michael losing his memory & working for the Company!
Since we're on the notion of a possible PBS5, I thought I'd talk about Cherry Hill for a quick second. You know I mentioned before that I would NOT be watching it under any circumstances. BUT, I have decided that IF Gretchen were in it, I would. Now the premise for that would be this: Gretchen gets sent to prison this season (rather than killed) for all the dirt she's done - perhaps she gets set up by Padman or "Janet" or even the brothers. She vows revenge on the Company & has to break out of prison to do so. The only bad part about this is if the Company is in Cherry Hill, then they aren't in Prison Break, which means (probably) no S5. Dang, can't have it all!
Info credit: Jack Edited to move post up... found the info 2 days ago but forgot to post it SORRY =)
Since my boredum has already begun -no Prison Break tonight =(... how dare baseball interrupt my time with my TV boyfriend while he evades bad guys and fights for his freedom - I went on the hunt for something, anything, new! I found this spoiler so I hope it will tide you over until next week...
Are you ready? Ok then click the button!
It seems that Michael is ready to talk to The General, after going after most of the Scylla card holders. Perhaps he is holding one himself, which would be completely possible. A plan is hatched to create a car accident, where Sucre and Linc will intentionally crash into The General's limo. Waiting in an ambulance (how they got one, I'll never know) is Michael, Bellick, and Sara. With Sara's medical background, she will easily pass for an EMT to The Company bodyguards. Things don't go according to plan, when one member of Michael's group ends up getting shot and it will be up to Sara to save him.
What Sara will soon find out is that Michael has formed a partnership with Gretchen and, as a result, the two women will come face to face for the first time since Panama. Sara has flashbacks to her days of being tortured and we'll find out exactly went down between these two. Don't look for any physical showdowns between Gretchen and Sara. Though I love Sara dearly, she's no match for this Company operative.
Don't ask me how but T-Bag somehow gets out of his holding cell, probably some part of the deal between Gretchen and Michael. Just because he's "free" doesn't mean he's in the clar. T-Bag will have his hands (or hand) full, when he is revisited by the man who demanded that he hand over Scylla in 3 days or pay a serious price. When the man realizes that T-Bag is empty handed, he throws him down onto his desk and puts a gun to his head.
What concerns me the most for his upcoming episode is that Michael is going to lose someone in his group. The title of the episode, "The Price", could mean that he has to pay one for messing with The Company. That means that if someone is in grave danger, the signs point to Lincoln or Sucre, since they are his brother and best friend respectively.
