Ok since I no longer cook for a living but i do still work at restaurants, i decided to take a picture of fully plated desserts that are ready to go out to the customers. this here is a strawberry shortcake from my job at Le Saint Amour in culver city, ca. so if ur out here in L.A. come on over and try this... it's AMAZING!!!!! and I love how it's served in the little french jars. super cute!
