i'm not sure if i've mentioned it on the blog before but if you didnt know, I absolutely LOVE coconut!! anything with coconut, i love coconut scented lotion, body spray, and everything. I went to coffee bean and couldnt resist this delicious coconut lemon mini cake. it was adorable and the to go box was super cute!! the cake was moist, very delicious!! i cant resist sweets! but im glad i tried it. YUM!!

OMG REALLY??????? txt txt txt!!!! Zie i wanna see it now! LOL there's a delicious coconut mexican candy that I love. usually they dye it with the colors of the mexican flag green white and red...sooooo delicious! not sure how its made but my palate tells me it has condenced milk in it to make is sticky with lots of coconut shavings...
