Mexican Israeli dish


I made achiote marinated pork with israeli couscous. Achiote is a Mexican seasoning made with anatto seeds and for the Israeli couscous i dressed it up with some mexican squash, carrots, purple onion, salt and pepper. Because i am vegetarian, I cooked this and gave it to my mom. lol
